Best For
Fur Wash: Wet your dog’s coat with warm water. Apply The Fur Wash from the belly and chest upward, then from the back of the ears to the tail. Lather gently and massage into coat in the direction of the fur growth.
Coat Refresh: Hold The Coat Refresh 4-6 inches away from your dog’s coat and spray directly onto hair. For longer coats, gently brush the product through. Be careful to avoid your pup’s eye, nose, and ear area.
Coat Shimmer: Pump The Coat Shimmer onto your fingertips or a comb and gently apply to your dog’s coat.

How often can I use the fur wash on my dog?
Both The Fur Wash and The Fur Wash bundle are made to be gentle and effective, so you can use them as often as you would like. We recommend washing your pup weekly to minimize allergens and keep skin healthy.
Can I use fur wash on my hair dog or hair wash on my fur dog?
The Fur Wash and The Hair Wash are specifically formulated for that coat type, so you will get the best results by using the product that matches your dog's coat type. Take our quiz to help find the right Rowan product for your four-legged friend.
What does pH balancing mean for my dog?
Dog skin has a different pH level than human skin. (The pH levels in human shampoos tend to be too acidic for a dog's unique needs.) At Rowan, we formulate products according to a dog's more neutral pH in order to help them maintain a healthy skin barrier function.
Can I use it on my puppy?
Yes. Rowan is gentle enough to use on your puppy. Be sure to rinse the product well and avoid your pet's eyes and ears.
What does human-grade ingredients mean?
Human-grade ingredients means that we use the same clean ingredients that can be found in human products. We do not use cheap or synthetic ingredients like you might find in other pet products.
